STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES
We understand that selecting the perfect piece is an art, which is why we provide flexible store credit and exchange options to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Eligibility:
• Items must be in pristine, unworn condition, with all original tags attached.
• No marks, stains, or traces of wear (including makeup or perfume).
• Bodysuits and swimwear must have hygiene seals intact.
• Earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
• A valid receipt and proof of purchase are required.
Store Credit Details:
• Store credit is issued for items returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Credits are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection.
• Issued via a digital credit note, valid for 12 months, allowing you to reinvest in a selection that truly resonates with your style.
• A return service fee of $16.99 applies to returns from the U.S. and Canada. This will be deducted from the total store credit amount.
• International returns must be shipped via your preferred courier, with shipping fees covered by the customer.
• Any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
For those seeking an alternative size or style, we offer seamless exchanges, subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
EXCEPTIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE
Every piece from Meeshayha’s Closet is meticulously crafted to meet our uncompromising standards. In the rare instance that an item arrives with a fault, we kindly ask you to lodge a claim within 14 days of delivery:
• Select “Arrived Defective” when submitting your request.
• Provide a detailed description and accompanying images for evaluation.
• Once approved, a complimentary return label will be issued, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If a fault is discovered after wearing, kindly include this information in your return request for further assessment.
FINAL SALE PIECES
Our final sale selections represent the pinnacle of exclusivity—once they’re gone, they will not be restocked. As such, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless verified as faulty by our team.
